Educational Experience
When I started my teaching career I taught in elementary school for one year. This is my third year teaching Spanish here at A.L. Brown high school. I am originally from Albania and love the Charlotte area. I've lived here in the States for 16 years and I love teaching and helping the students achieve. I've been to Ecuador and to Albania a few times, and besides teaching Spanish I am also fluent in Albanian.  I teach Spanish 1-4.

Educational Philosophy

Unit 3- Students will learn about school supplies and be able to talk  about future plans. In grammar they will learn the conjugation of present tense -ar/-er/ -ir regular verbs. Also they will learn the irregular yo form of some verbs (hacer, tener, venir, poner etc)

¿Qué estamos haciendo en Español III? What are we doing in Spanish III?
Unit 2- In this unit students will learn to express interest and displeasure and to invite someone  to do something.  Also they will learn to describe the ideal friend and how to express happiness and unhappiness. In grammar we will focus on reviewing the imperfect tense, object pronouns and introduction to the subjunctive mood.
In Spanish 3 students will learn a new song each month and they have to understand, memorize and recite  or (sing) it. Sometimes I pick the song and sometimes I give the students the option to choose their own song in Spanish. They really love to listen to different Spanish songs.
